PLS. HELP finding ac adapter for T21 Type 2647-4AU THANKS!

First of all, thank you for reading my post and hopefully someone can help me.

I bought an IBM T21 laptop in auction but it has no ac adapter and no hard drive too. I am not a computer expert so I am wondering and confused of what type of ac adapter should I purchase since there are a lot posted online. Some are 72W, 53W but the same says compatible with T21.

Laptop Specs as described in auction: Intel Pentium 3, Single Core, 800MHz, 256MB of RAM, CD-RW/DVD Combo, internal wifi card.

Also, this is what it printed at the back of the laptop:
IBM T21

SN 78-VGVT3 01/01
16V = 3.36A

And the Li-Ion Battery:

10.8 volts 3600mAH

Furthermore, any website where I can purchase a cheap hard drive?
