560z hard drive

#1 Post by vicm » Sun Jun 13, 2004 10:53 pm

Can anyone tell me what's the largest capacity hard drive I can install on a 560z? I just bought one. I know that many of the older Thinkpads had a 6.4 gig limit. ( Though the 760xl I'm using to post this has a 14 gig drive).

The 560Z is built on the same Intel 440BX chipset as the venerable 600 series and, like them, has no HD size limit.

Just make sure you have the latest BIOS installed.
