SXGA+ Screen in XGA X60 Tablet

My apologies if this was specifically covered anywhere else, but is it possible to install a SXGA+ screen from elsewhere (the BOE Hydis is possible - but hard work as I understand), into a X60 Tablet that came with XGA? Would a 30-pin Toshiba M200 screen fit? Will I require a custom BIOS flash?

Would it be possible to put in a X61t SXGA+ screen or is there some electrical incompatibility?
