what is the best replacement LCD display for X31 ?

Hi everyone!

My 4 years old Thinkpad X31 needs a new LCD display. Where can I find a quality LCD?
I've searched ebay for new displays, but I seriously doubt the quality of the Hong-Kong sellers, they all give vague information like "You are Purchasing High Quality 12" XGA LCD Screen For IBM X31" but no details about the company that manufactured it.

Any tips and suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

The following panels are used on an X31, 12.1" XGA:
(LG) 11P8224
(DBU = IDTech) 11P8225 / 07K9760
There's also a (Hydis) 13N7008 for X32, don't know if that also fits, but most likely does.

It is also possible to put an X41T IPS LCD in an X31.
