Favourite T420 4GB RAM upgrade?

My T420i has just shipped and like many I got the single 4GB DIMM with the intention of upgrading to 8GB total.

So I'd like to know from other T420 owners, which stick did you go with, or which do you think would be best in terms of overall reliability as well as compatibility with the stock DIMM (in my case part no. 45M4572 VBB 4GBPC3-10600DDR3 1333SODMM)?
