Volume level bar is showing in screen frequently

Whenever i press enter, click my mouse button on any button on websites onpened with internet explorer the volume level bar is showing in the screen. Even while posting this forum when i press submit the level bar is showing on the screen. Eventhough it goes within 2 seconds its an issue.
Can anyone help me out why this is happening?

I am having this problem in an extreme way. The volume bar appears and disappears every couple of seconds even when I am not interacting with the computer. Can anyone help?
