How to access T41 bios?

Started my T41 which has been shut down for over month and it took some time to get from the IBM screen to "CMOS checksum error", then It went to BIOS and it was on default settings and I needed to put time correctly. Now I started to think that should I change something else than the time? How I could access bios again? I tried to press Delete during post and Access IBM but nothing happened.

There is no problem with my T41 but I would like to know how to get to bios

BIOS - Hold down F1 on Boot. Also, you need a new CMOS battery.

Thanks for reply. Where to get CMOS battery for T41? It didn't do this error for few boots..

I have no idea where in Finland is the best place to get a CMOS battery, but anywhere where you have access to EBay, that is the best source. Here are some examples;

I had the same issue on my 2373. Generally, this is because the internal battery is no longer "alive."

I purchased my replacement from Amazon:
