t23 with a column of shifted pixels

Hey
I bought a refurbed t23 from tiger direct. It came with a dead white pixel
that I have lived with so far. Now the machine has a row of pixels
that sort of repeat themselves for a width of 2 or 3 pixels across.
I bought it about 11 months ago. I believe I read on here refurbed laptops
have only 60 days service...

what's the cost for replacement lcd?

what is it's value otherwise?

Ian,

Get the HMM for your system (see the FAQ) then open it up and reseat the LCD cable.

Should fix it.
