For what it's worth, on my X60 Tablet, I was able to install and charge two non-Lenovo clone batteries (though they each lasted only for a month or two before dying or becoming unusable).
I would get a notice in the system tray warning me that I was not using a genuine Lenovo battery, every time I started up or returned from suspend/hibernation, and I had to click on that pop-up to make it go away. But the battery did not have problems charging for about a month.
After a month or two, the generic clone batteries stopped working properly. In my case, I either started getting an amber light and the battery would refuse to charge, or I actually got a red error mark in the power manager telling me that the battery was defective/dead/whatever.
I gave up using clones for my machine, and have since been using genuine Lenovo batteries, and am very pleased with their performance. Periodically, you can get "used"/resold but genuine Lenovo batteries on sale through the Lenovo Outlet store website for less than $100 each. The only problem I have is that the Lenovo Canada site does not also offer these sales periodically, and so I think these inexpensive genuine batteries are only available to the U.S. market. I'm not sure if these deals are available in Austria, where it looks like you are located.
