What are the best Lenovo discounts (like EPP)?

I seem to remember that EPP was better than the educational discounts, but are the EPP rates the same for all companies? Also in general what is the best way to get discounts? Just EPP or is there some way to stack it with other discounts/offers? Coupons for ThinkPads seem rare or non-existent.
