Budget is around $100 to 150

Looking for a t60 with 15" screen,

Must have wifii

with or without hard drive..

Your Buetooth requirement makes it somewhat difficult. You can easily get a USB Bluetooth dongle for a dollar on eBay, so I recommend you to drop that requirement.

Another idea: it would be easier to find a 14.1" T60 that's under $150.
