compatible dock / enclosure for 1.8" samsung sata ssd?

My laptop died and I'd like to use the data from my 128 GB 1.8" SSD while it's being repaired. What dock can I buy that will work with it? Most are specified for 2.5/3.5 sizes and none for 1.8, but I'm not sure if it makes a difference. Is there an adapter that would work? Prefer to buy from amazon if you happen to have a link

without knowing what computer you'll be attaching this to, the means of attachment you have available, or how quickly you need to access the data, the cable linked here is one potential solution:

Thanks, am trying to connect this via USB and time is immediate. A few files I'd love to get to today, primarily my outlook archive files (only thing that live mesh won't transfer between machines automatically).

Amazon preference is just because of Prime I suppose I can pay for overnighting.

So is the SSD interface used in the Lenovos Micro SATA? A bit confusing with all the options available on these 1.8" drives.

the interface for all 1.8" SATA-based SSDs is micro SATA.   this applies to the X300, X301, T400s, and T410s models since they're the only thinkpads with 1.8" SSDs at this time.
