Currently deploying a bunch of x220 using the integrated Gobi card (sprint). We have used NDIS mode on our external air-cards to allow users to be connected prior to boot being completed. We can not figure out how to do this using the Gobi-any suggestions?
The thinkvantage connections app will (eventually) fall over to the WWAN, but it takes a while (few min) while connections figures out that it is not wired/not WLAN and then starts up the Gobi.
Thanks!
