I have the Lenovo AC/DC 16V power adapter FRU 73P4503 including the travel pouch. This unit has the usual US/Canada AC two-prong plug and the DC cigarette lighter plug for automobile/airplane connections, both using the same adapter “brick.”
The Lenovo Marketing part number is FRU 73P4485.

I no longer have any 16V ThinkPad, so this is “excess property.” It was working properly, and is in excellent cosmetic appearance.

It can fit in the USPS flat rate box and be mailed to any US ZIP code.
