T410 won't turn off or start up

My T410 has been stuck at the windows 7 blue screen since last night. I can't turn it off by pressing the power button; it only goes into hibernate then when I press it again it returns to the same screen. It was working fine yesterday until I sat down to do something to discover that it appeared stuck.

Edit: Not sure exactly what I did. While it was stuck on the screen, I typed Fn+F3, then pressed the power button again. It turned off and now appears to be starting normally.
