Hi, I have for sale a Thinkpad T60 2008-VEP with Intel core duo 2.0 GHZ processor, 80GB hard drive, CDRW/DVD and 2GB memory installed. Top of case in mint condition. Keyboard in mint condition. Palm rest in good condition. Toshiba LTD141EN9B 14.1" SXGA+ (1400x1050) screen very bright, no dead pixels, almost spotless- 1 tiny 3 millimeter surface scratch on right side. Windows XP Pro SP3 installed with all the latest security updates and Lenovo drivers. C.O.A. (Certificate of Authenticity) sticker on bottom of laptop. Anti-virus, Video editing, Word Processing, DVD Player and lots of other genuine software installed and registered. Email me for more details. ATI Radeon X1300 512 mb of ram

Sounds like a nice machine, but I don't think it's a T60p with that GPU. Sometimes people swap motherboards OR the clear plate label with the model name gets swapped, but a T60p should have either the ATI 5200 or ATI 5250 GPU. In general, that's what people expect when the buy the T60p.

Thanks. Actually I was just about to make a couple corrections Information about these CTO (Configure to Order) models is sometimes hard to track down. The type/model on the back says 2008-CTO and when I put that into Lenovo's quick path search it shows "T60p" and does not give a full list of specs. But I just began to dig a little deeper, and you are correct. It turns out I have to go by the product ID right below which says "2008-VEP". And Lenovo's website shows that to be a T60 with ATI Radeon X1400. So I will correct those specs right away, and thanks again.

Yes, sometimes the info on the Lenovo website is wrong, too. It still looks like a really nice T60. Good luck with the sale.
