755CD display the video-in fullscreen under OS2 or WIN 3.11?
Hello all,
I have a Thinkpad 755CD with Enhanced Video
features. When I stumbled on a website about the
enhanced video, I thought it would be interesting if I
could watch movies or TV on the LCD screen. I needed
two things: the cable, and software to display the
video.
My Question: Is there a program that can display the
video-in in 640x480 fullscreen? I'm running Windows
3.11 for Workgroups and OS2 warp version 3.
Do I need extra drivers?
Thanks,
FRD

You can get the cable on ebay. I just got 4 or 5 from ther. The accelration if fofr .avi files. So if you use OS/2's Video In program on the Application sampler CD you can create your own .avi files and play them back with the video overlay acceleration driver.
That's all I think I know for now.
Also you can get the video for windows package for Windoze. I'm not sure if that will do what you want or not though.

The cable for video on the 755CD is the same as the one for the 760 and is also used for video out on the 600's with video out. They can probably be found on eBay.
