Will PC2-6400 (800mhz) 200 pin work in my T-60?

Will it clock back to 667mhz?

Is it true the 945 chipset only supports up to 3gb?

Yes, the T60, R60, X60 and Z61 only allow for 3GB of memory. The PC6400 should work, but will downclock to 5300 speed.
