Question on value of T60P WS?

So my land lord got his new T420s and asked me what his old T60P is worth.
It's a Thinkpad T60P Type:8744-J2U. Date:07/08.
System is just about all stock but with 3 gig ram and Non-IBM battery.
15.4 wide screen WSXGA+ at 1680x1050
100gig 7200rpm hard drive
DVD-RW
T7200 at 2.0Ghz
3 gig's ram
fingerprint reader
bluetooth
ATI Fire GL v5250 at 256MB
No warranty
Battery is after market 9 cel and gets about 1.5Hr's but NOT a Lenovo.
90W ac adapter
And a docking station with DVI ,USB,ect
Vista Bus COA

System is in mint shape.About 9 or 9.5 out of 10.Screen in very bright and like new.
I was thinking about 250 or 300.
Am i in the right ballpark?

For such a machine: $300-$350.
