multi monitor missing taskbar

Hi folks

I have an A31 2652 D5A and just upgraded my wireless network card. running XP sp3

I have a second monitor connected and user and an admin on this laptop. I am missing the task bar only on number 1 monitor only when logged in as an admin. How can I get it back please? thx

I have ATI Mobility Radeon 7500

Thanks for the link. It is a general fix.
MY case is different. It is only that when I connect the second monitor and log in as an admin. the taskbar is missing.
