T61p and two extenral screens

i have Thinkpad T61p and two ThinkVision L220x.

I have t61p on dock.

How do i set that all three screen will work?
I get image on externals only when i close the lid (laptop's monitor is off).

Please help

Without additional hardware, you can only use two monitors at a time. Either two external, or the internal and one external. However, for more monitors see this thread:
