Thinkpad X61s with f3507g

Where can i find the driver for Windows XP to this (Ericsson F3507g) device?
I went through alot of post but found nothing that works.
Please help me

Try this software from dc-unlocker: WirelessManager5.2.2056.12
T60F: (Integrated Intel GPU) - [Another T60 FrankenPad!...Different approach]
R60F: (Integrated Intel GPU) - [ThinkPad R60 15.0" FrankenPad]
