W520 bios disables aes-ni instructions of 2630QM processor

The W520 BIOS (I'm running version 1.21) wrongly disables AES-NI instructions of i7-2630QM cpu.

As explained in the wikipedia page the bug was probably result of a typo in Intel manuals that has was later corrected. As can be seen on intel processor info page the i7-2630QM does support AES-NI instructions

Question:
Is the bug already corrected in latest BIOS?

Is it possible to fix in next BIOS update?
