DPC Latency W700ds

#1 Post by proaudioguy » Sun Sep 04, 2011 4:18 pm

I searched but have had no luck finding an answer. Has or will Lenovo or it's hardware vendors ever come out with a fix for the stuttering upon playback of audio files or youtube, etc, due to piss poor 64 bit drivers for the nVidea card and possibly the WIFI card as well? This is when using Windows 7 64bit. XP 32 bit doesn't have this issue and continues to run fine or me for the last 15 months, but it's so much slower and clunkier.

Have you tried the Verde and Intel drivers?

I don't have any DPC issues on my W520 except for those caused by Turbo Boost changing frequencies, and they haven't caused audio dropouts for me.
