opinion on T410s (to buy used)

Hi,

while I was searching for used light X -series Thinkpad I found a used T410s, offered at 600 Euros, and declared to be "never used" by the seller.

The model is this NUM9JIX,

but I am not able to discover to which XXXX-YYY code it corresponds.

I read this machine new is around 2.200 Euros here in Italy.
So I am a little surprised of the price.
Is there any known issue about it that I should consider, or it just could be the seller is not completely aware of the value of the machine?

I don't know what model series they are currently using for prototypes, but I have run into machines that were early-development units. The ones I had did not completely work and had non-upgradable BIOS images. I would ask for a photo of the model number sticker or a screen shot of the machine when it is in the BIOS
