i got strong electric shock from every metal on thinkpad z61t, even from titanium cover and all screws on the bottom
this thinkpad is 5 years old and travel a lot along with me with airplane
the shock just come after my last flight 1 week ago
i suspect leak from of the power cord ( metal on the outer skin of power cord tip that plugged into laptop has storng electricity when tested with test-pen ) or grounding problem, but i am not sure and do not know to find the source of the problem
can anyone here give me help to solve this problem ?
thank you
Electric Shock
Re: Electric Shock
If you don't get a shock while running on battery I'd strongly suspect the AC adapter. Try a new one if that's the case.
