WTB: X60 or similar ultra portable

Looking for an x60 or similar machine, in the $100-$125 price range. Does not need to have any OS installed, I typically run ubuntu on my thinkpads anyways.

would like:
Functional, good keyboard and screen
at least 1GB of memory
HD Caddy (does not have to have a hard drive)
working battery
a\c adaptor
