HI every one

my MB died as I tried to update BIOS in order to upgrade to faster CPU,
the model is Lenovo TP Z61T , machine type 9442-a73
I have already disassembled the MB in but don't know how to identify the BIOS chip
If anyone knows how to recognize the chip (I'm want to reprogram that chip by external device) PLZ let me know.
