resource conflict pci network controller on mobo

I have a thinkpad r51 that on startup give me resource conflict pci network controller on mobo bus 02 device 01 funtion 0. I have searched and can not find an answer. I did not add anything to the computer. That bus 2 device funtion 0 is the intel pro/1000 mt mobile connection. I have tried to update it but it says to uninstalled the old driver. As soon as I reboot the computer say found new hardware the same wired connection with the old driver. When I restart I just hit esc when the error pops up and I have no problems. Any ideas?
