The MiniPCI card is located near the back left corner, under the keyboard. Follow the instructions in the Hardware Maintenance Manual (HMM) to remove and replace it with a factory-approved card (if you do not wish to apply a BIOS hack; see below for more info):

On systems newer than the T23, the BIOS contains a "whitelist" of approved wireless cards. Inserting a card that is not on the approved list will cause the 1802 error to be generated. There is a BIOS hack that can be applied called no-1802. It basically changes the BIOS so that it ignores this check. See a recent thread about it here:
