@ajkula66, I'm glad you happened by... I wasn't going to install since that wasn't your instructions. Now, at what point to do I press F12? Thanks

Turn the machine on, press F12 once you see *any* movement on the screen (ThinkPad logo) - might have to press it a couple of times (quickly) until the boot device list is displayed.

Good luck.

@ajkula66, thanks. That's what I did. I pressed F12 as soon as I saw the logo. A message displayed under the Thinkpad logo: "Preparing Boot device list". Nothing happened, and I got the Error again. But I hadn't burned the file as .iso so it didn't work correctly and maybe that's why I got that message (?). But I'll burn it as .iso and press F12.

Yep, that sounds right...just make sure it's burned as ISO and you should be good to go...

Good luck.

@ajkula66, thanks. I appreciate the clarification.

Following your suggestion, I: How would I know which is DVDr or CDr?
Which one is CDr?
Should I select 64bit or 32bit?

Thanks!

The fourth one on the list is what you need (32-bit CD)...

Anything below 700MB in size will be on a CD - when you see a 800+ MB format it's most likely a DVD.

Good luck.

@ajkula66, thanks. I just looked at the list closer and I see where it indicates cd or dvd. doh!
