Own a x201s. Very dicent box. Could not find a reason to upgrade to x220 (no USB 3, less resolution, more weight, CPU just slightly faster etc.). So thought will upgrade to 16gb. No joy. Tried 2x 8GB GEIL memory and just tried 2x 8GB g.Skill. no luck either. Same symptoms - no windows start. When th...
