He put up with my changing wants and sold an amazing machine. Thanks again.

Overdue note of appreciation and recognition for the fine thinkpad that I bought from Harryc. It was an older thinkpad but in excellent condition and exactly as described. He even worked with me to upgrade the drive and processor after I'd bought it. This was a money-order transaction, which requires significant trust in the seller because the buyer has no effective recourse. I highly recommend him as a trustworthy seller, especially for his fair & accurate representation of what he is offering for sale. Buying a used laptop over the net is a scary and risky ordeal, but I'd buy another thinkpad from Harryc again in a NY minute. Thanks.

underclocker and used T41 purchase

#1197 Post by sojourner » Fri Aug 08, 2008 5:54 pm

A note of appreciation to underclocker. Bought a used T41 with a GPU issue. He was up front about it, accurately described its condition, accessories and cosmetic appearance. That was great; it was also great to have the TP arrive sooo quickly, appropriately boxed and have the product sooo well packed.

Underclocker provided great communications, is friendly, helpful and courteous! That a way to go!

Big thanks to David (dwallace) and George (ajkula66)

David was nice enough to part with his T41 to fulfill my request and George helped supply the RAM to give it a boost.
