WTB - NOS 2010/11 era T61 Board

Hi everyone!

I'm new here - brand new in fact. I've discovered what a Frankenpad is and I'm hellbent on buying a few boards (that's right, multiple boards) for a couple T601F laptops I've picked up that I plan to use for retro gaming for decades to come. I'm willing to pay asking price. PayPal. No problems. Just provide pictures for the parts in question and send over the invoice. However it is done here, I'll honor it.

Please reach out to me if you have any "44C3924" motherboards with Nvidia NVS140m chips that you are willing to part with.

I'm saddened to say that the email address is a dead one. I'm hoping to get Tuus's attention here. Or anyone's.

I'll buy any August 2008 motherboards as well. I really just don't want to encounter that legendary failure I've read about. I'm trying at all cost to avoid that scenario. I just want to use a high end XP laptop with a 4:3 display for the rest of my life. That's what I see in the T601F.

I'm happy to hear that the newer boards work consistently. I purchased a Frankenpad from USA_Gift_Shop on eBay. He states that the board he sold me is the NOS model I've been looking for. His was the only opportunity that arose. I'm still open to buying more, of course. As for emailing Tuus, I definitely inputted that email address right. Triple checked. My Yahoo returned with a bad address message. Sorry for delayed response, I'll be more attentive to messages here.

Also got a no-delivery for Tuus his Gmail, reason: mailbox full.
I tried another email for him, but no answer from there (yet).
FYI: Tuus travels all over the US most of the time (and has however few left motherboards with him).
He may not always have the opportunity to check emails.

I just received two NOS T61 NVS140m motherboards from Tuus yesterday.

A bit of miscommunication in the process (e.g. mailbox full, etc.) but eventually all was resolved and the boards were shipped.
