For sale are some parts removed from a ThinkPad T500. Includes two matched 4GB modules that are fully tested working in a T500, an Intel Turbo Memory module also from a T500 and a Samsung 256GB SSD with caddy and rails. This was the only set of RAM I had that successfully worked in a T500. All parts are in excellent working condition. Asking $25 shipped CONUS for the lot of parts.
