It will not, based on the dimensions. Vyper M should fit, but it's $25 rather than $5 ...

Me, I'm tempted by the Vyper XS for my X31!

Ahh shucks im gonna buy this anyway lol so [censored] cheap quick rough measurement of my T41p was (310 x 257 x 29) mm without battery or 9 cell battery (only 6 cell) but with my 9 cell (and only battery) dimensions were roughly (310 x 275 x 29) mm

That means i will have to either buy a 6-cell battery which i wouldnt mind actually. In order to fit this:

Vyper XM = (323x259x34mm)

and also on sale (for 20 bucks) is

Powersleeve17= (391x259x28mm)

Which could fit my laptop though it would be about 90mm deep in the bag lol... (but i could probably get somekind of soft bag to put the 9-cell battery and put it in that space. But that means i can't run on standby mode i believe...

Worth the trade off considering this bag is probably like worth 100 bucks maybe?

actually i remeasured the height of this T41 and its over 30 mm about 33 mm so i guess that crosses out that powersleeve17... [censored] that 17inch powerbook is thin.

Hmm anybody have experience with this powersleeve? i just did a quick search and people said that you can squeeze a bit more in there than the dimensions suggest since the material or constructions allow for a bit of stretch.

hmm apparently the shipping costs as follows:

FedEx International Priority® – $84.66
FedEx International Economy® – $81.24

So... that shure changes things. I live in Canada but i think thats ridiculous. Does anybody else have crazy shipping costs?

About $10.50 USD to ship two sleeves to my home in California via FedEx ground.

I was going to order some for resale on eBay, but there doesn't appear to be any interest in them.

FedEx Home delivery was about $10, while Express Saver (3 day) was $20something. That's garbage! Express Saver is the CHEAP one...

This is only a good deal if you order more than one, to more rationalize the shipping charge which only goes up a little with each additional sleeve.

Hunting around on deal sites I found this coupon: pbzone07

If you enter this coupon in the checkout process, you will save 10% on the order.

Fedex Home is a slightly cheaper version of Fedex ground, which itself used to be RPS before Fedex bought them out.

Express Saver is the 3 day version of Federal Express, e.g. the package is FLOWN vs. driven. Fedex ground and Fedex Home always cost less than Fedex Express Saver, except maybe in some oddball situation like where you are shipping something 100 miles away, a distance that isn't normally covered by airplane.

I guess I'm used to looking at FedEx invoices at a big company, which like most others, gets huge discounts on shipping costs.

Nice find.

They also have bags for X60 at the same price. Order a 14" and a 12" bag together, save on shipping.

Good prices, but the shipping is a little steep. Cheapest option is about 10 dollars for Fedex home delivery.

I just ordered one for my X. Not sure if I'll even use it, but for $13 shipped, who cares. They look pretty nice, but if only they had a place for the ac adaptor...

From what I understand, these cases are to be used in conjunction with a backpack or larger case.

They are designed for use with a full case but are still convenient for use alone in situations where you want a cover on your laptop but a full case would be inconvenient.

i ordered two, and they arrived today.

it fits a 14 inch T60 nicely. it's not as snug as my waterfield sleeve - it's got a harder shell than most neoprene sleeves.

i'm not sure what to do with the second one yet. anyone interested? i know it costs only 4.99 for one, but it cost me $21 for both with shipping. i'd be willing to part with one for $10, shipped. for anyone to order just one, it would come out to at least $15.

I ordered several of the sleeves that had been marked down to $4.99 (3 different sizes). One of them was defective with a zipper that came out and very poor stitching all around, giving the appearance of a bad "second."

I called Booq and to their credit not only did someone answer the phone more or less immediately, but she asked me to take a picture of the defect(s) and send it with an email, and they would replace it without it being necessary to return the item. Of course, at $4.99, returning the item would have been a dumb idea as it would probably cost at least that much to ship it back.

I'm not enamored with the design or materials in these things. Although a bit stiffer than your typical neoprene sleeve, I'm not sure they offer much more protection. They definitely would take up more room in a backpack or other bag. And finally, I find that I get a very good grip on a laptop when it is in a regular type neoprene sleeve. These Booq ones don't give that same feeling and I think it will be necessary to exercise a lot of caution when using them or you may end up with your laptop, with or without the sleeve, falling onto the floor.

All things considered, I'd rather have one of those fully decent neoprene sleeves that Meritline runs regularly at about $6 delivered with coupon codes you can find strewn across the deal sites on the internet.

thanks ken for the nice mini review, i also ordered a 14" and 12" "sleeve" but forgot that this wont fit a t series with a 9 cell battery, just wanted to ask if you ordered a 15" sleeve and if you tried putting a T laptop with a 9 cell batt in it.

I did not order a 15" sleeve. I got two of the 14" sleeves and was surprised to find that my Z61T with 4 cell battery will just barely fit in it, although I think you really should be careful with the zippers on these sleeves as they appear to be of low quality, have little give, and may go irreparably off track with little provocation.

I just tried to put my T43 with an 9-cell into the 14" sleeve and it appears not to fit. It might be possible to get the zipper to go around however I just don't trust these things and I think it is possible the sleeve would be ruined if you managed to force it to fit. With the 6 cell, however the T43 fits in the 14" sleeve easily.

My X60 with standard battery fits in the (defective) XXS sleeve I received, and with 8 cell battery into the XS. My X31 does not fit the XXS at all, however it will fit into the XS even with the extended add on battery, the flat one you put on at the bottom.

The stretchyness of neoprene makes exact sizing less critical, but with these sleeves size is everything and there isn't much give in the sleeve to accomodate your errors in measurement.

I just received the one I bought for my X31 an let me tell you, it is NICE. I should have ordered the smaller size but, this will let me put my mouse and my power supply in there as well.

Yes, the shipping sucks but all together you get a sleeve that is better quality than the ones you will find at the box stores for less money.

Great find, and thank you.

Got mine and it fit the Z61t even w/ the seven cell. Not the highest quality, but I did buy it to beat the hell out of it. . .

what size did you order and what size should you have gotten? i just picked up an X31 and i'd like to get one of these for it but, not being able to see how stretchy it is, i'm not sure if the Vyper XXS is too small (or if the XS is too big).

I believe I got the 13 or 14"
I should have gotten the smaller size (like the 12")
but sale is over... it was well worth it for under $20 but there are others out there that are better quality for about the non-sale price.
