Hi, I'm interested in the 512-PC133 stick, is it tested to work in a TP? I know they can be touchy sometimes.

YES. All sticks are tested and come with a 60-day DOA and compatibility guarantee.

PLEASE keep in mind that T20/21/22 do not accept ANY 512MB DIMMs - they are limited to 256MB and smaller (I only mention this because a lot of people have PMed about these model laptops).

T23 uses a different chipset and is A-OK with 512MB DIMMs.

Yes. The x23 model uses PC133 memory. It will take only one stick of memory, since the other ram chip is soldered on the motherboard.
