SOLD: X31 bluetooth/wireless LCD plate
SOLD: X31 bluetooth/wireless LCD plate
This is the sticker that goes underneath the display to show the status of the wireless and bluetooth icons. All models have the lights, but are only active if the appropriate card is installed.
Can be used on X32 model also, but it says X31 to the far right. Simple to swap.
$5 shipped
Also have them for the X31 - wireless only, and X32 - wireless only.

Well, I've not exactly the part the OP wrote about.
My X31 is not bluetooth ready, so I need an antenna and the plastic part for the lights (I've got a bmdc200 VERY cheaply and new 2 days ago).
At the moment I guess the priority order is the antenna, then the plastic replacement. (and still debating about the ibm antenna vs an internal one vs using the aux one)

Nope.dj2005 wrote:Just to make sure, you do not have the shiney plastic piece that goes on the lid?
At least on my X32, this piece only shows power and sleep icons. Someone asked me before if I had the reverse plate (the piece we're talking about now, the one I don't have) with wifi/bt.
Frankly, I don't much see the point of one that shows wireless activity when the lid is closed.
A bit more than you asked, but thought I'd cover all bases.
When I did mine, I got the parts from IBM. The most expensive bit was shipping, but it did arrive quickly. When I ordered the antenna it was shown out of stock, but came in the same order.mazzinia wrote:At the moment I guess the priority order is the antenna, then the plastic replacement.
