Hello,
I was wondering if any of you have heard if anyone has successfully re flashed a WWAN card.
I work for Cricket Wireless and get half off of our plans and have a WWAN card installed on my x61 (7674WHL). The thought being people have successfully re-flashed other CDMA devices from Sprint and Verizon to Cricket.
Or failing that can I swap in an AT&T card with sim slot so I may use my existing AT&T data plan (from my iPad).
Thanks for any and all help.
Take a look at our

It's not going to work.Fixed_Rider wrote:Hello,

I'm reasonably sure that X61 was offered with a Cingular (now a part of AT&T) card option. Try locating that one and you should be good to go.Or failing that can I swap in an AT&T card with sim slot so I may use my existing AT&T data plan (from my iPad).

Well is was worth the shot.
Does the Cingular/AT&T card come with a SIM slot or is that an additional part I need to acquire?
Thanks again

If you open up your machine you're likely to find a SIM slot already in there, at least I believe so.
