Got a dot on your screen?

#1 Post by Tygur » Wed Jan 25, 2006 12:19 am

There seems to be a relatively common problem in thinkpads - a colored dot on the screen that looks like a bad pixel, but really isn't. I noticed it on my new Z60m, and promptly created a program to fix it. I just run it whenever I see the dot, and it disappears. After looking on these forums, it seems like I'm not the only one with this problem, so I decided to offer my program for download:

Both links work, and both look the same. I couldn't decide which to use, so I went with both.

I am curious about how many people have this problem, so post back if you do..

Thanks for participating in the forum, however searching on "ultranav and bug" yields 22 prior discussions of this problem.
