Sony Vaio's are expensive, but if you are serious about graphics or video editing and production, this is what you need. It also plays games pretty nice.

Compaq's are some of my favorite computers, next to what used to be IBM. They are not the fastest, but they get the job done and if you treat them right, they will last. These are almost perfect for school and office environments.

Couldn't tell you about Asus because they only make motherboards and other desktops where I live.

Fujitsu notebooks, can't say much, don't know anthing about them. They are not a big player in the game here in the States.

All in all, if you need graphics and video performance, go with the Vaio, everything else, go for the Compaq.
