T410 LENOVO New Battery Amazon ++55 but received ++70

Hello This newbie would much appreciate advice.
Which is the better battery?
++70 sent much cheaper on Amazone so this looks like a rip off right? Presumably it should be returned?
Any recommendations on where then to buy? Am in France.

55- and 70-series both work in your T410.
On Amazon USA they are roughly the same price: ~$75
Lenovo put an authentication chip into 70-series batteries and ThinkPads made after 2012 will expect such a battery.
Without the chip the battery may not be recognized as genuine and may not get charged.

But I don't get your question, which one is cheaper or do you think you got a fake?

I wasn't sure if I could use the ++70 on my T410. Does it have longer life?
Re pricing there is around 25% difference and the ++55 figures in their order confirmation. Cheers
