Access IBM freezes

When I push the blue Access IBM button on my T42p, it partially loads then freezes and none of the top buttons are available. I went to the Lenovo site for a reinstall but could not find anything. Is it under another name? Any idea on what could cause this lock up with Access IBM?

I've just tried my Access IBM for the first time in ages and same thing is happening.
Any ideas?

It happened to me just after I downloaded and installed the last two
Adobe ActiveX upgrades offered to me by System Update.

I restored my system to be as it was before installing those upgrades
and Access IBM worked as it did before.
