Screen Resolution and Lotus

#1 Post by Nomad-Man » Mon Feb 07, 2005 10:22 am

Anybody here use Lotus Approach ?

Anybody here know anything about Lotus approach having a problem displaying a custom message box while running at 1400 x1050.

found this ...
The problem is that while the message dialog box apprears and the title text is visible the actual text i have typed into the text area of the message box does not appear, when run at 1024x768 the text appears, when run at 1400x1050 the problem occurs and the message box text is not visible.
also found...
I just did some tests at 1600x 1200 and all message boxes( macro, script, and application) looked normal, I dont have the 1400X1050 resolution available to test, .....perhaps only the 1400x1050 setting is problematic
and...
Lotus recommends you lower the screen resolution to see the text. that is the official "work around"
So wonder if anyone here has been using lotus approach at 1400x1050 an have had problems or no problems.
