2378EZU model

hi,
are there any advantages or disadvatages to build 2378EZU Thinkpad T42p model? it looks like they are around $3000.
thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Even if you plan to build it yourself, it still might be cheaper to get a 2379DYU.
