I didn't wanted to say that the R51e is a "bad" machine. But I mainly use my Thinkpads at home with docking stations. About the resolution I must agree, I experienced with my parents that they cannot read better on higher resolution screens, they are not good for their eyes, even with DPI changes and use of the zoom functions in browsers.
