30 days from when?

I understand IBM gives 30 days to return a laptop. When does the 30 day period start. I assume on the ship date? Do you call for an RA?

From the date of invoice.

Be careful about this, you might not get your laptop until two weeks after you place your order, in which case you only have two weeks to return it.

Every ThinkPad I've ordered directly from IBM.com has an invoice date as the date of shipment. I've never received a ThinkPad where I'm already two weeks into my return period without ever having been in possession of it. But as authenticjt says, check your invoice date, as that is the date when the 30 days begins.
