Loose latch for the cover?
Loose latch for the cover?
so my T41p has a little bit of movement when the lid is closed. There's about 2-3mm of play if I try to lift up the cover when it's latched. Anyone else have this problem or know of a fix?
The cover doesn't sit as firmly as I'd like... my T40p had a little movement, but not as much as the T42 15" I returned, which seemed a little excessive, or bordering on it. Not sure why the lids aren't more snug.

The LCD housing on my T40 will move up and down ever so slightly when it is closed, though I never thought this was a problem (my Latitude CPi did this as well).
Pressing the LCD housing down though causes the trackpoint to contact with the LCD, leaving a nice circular mark on the center of the screen.
