USB and whining noise...

I have not notice this noise coming from around the USB port when using a USB device. I.e. a USB mouse or my camera cable. Partly, because I didn't use any USB devices at night (When there are no noises around).

I've read this same issue somewhere around here, but I can't find it anymore.

What was the cause and the solution, if any?
