T40 Ultrabays interchangeable?

It looks as though the ultrabay on my T41p (TYPE 2373-GEG) is damaged, but I also have a T40 (TYPE 2373-RG5) which is gathering dust, and I wondered if I might be able use its ultrabay in the T41p....

Any advice?

Yes, it seems that way... the only trouble is removing the ultrabay....

On page 136

it shows six screws 3x(3) and 3x(4). I can't even see the rightmost (4) ...
